Niels-Bo Nielsen holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and has in-depth knowledge of corporate law and clarification processes in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses.

    John Frellsen

    John has worked in commercial management in the pharmaceutical industry for the past 20 years, both as an employed director and as an owner-manager. John has always worked with a strong focus on management, purchasing and sales, both nationally and internationally.

    During his time as CEO of several large pharmaceutical companies in Denmark and Sweden, John has been involved in several acquisitions of both companies and product ranges with strategic importance. Since 2009, John has been independent with his own companies in Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark.

    John has thus participated in several business transfers, both as a buyer and seller, before joining Bonorum Partners in 2019.

    John holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark, which he has supplemented with management and board education in Denmark and France.

    Jan Svarre

    Jan Svarre has experience, including executive and country manager experience from 3 of the largest banks in Denmark, with more than 20 years of responsibility for top and bottom line results, business development and management of a large number of employees.

    The work has included credit assessment and financial advice to a significant number of companies on strategy, financing, liquidity and capital, including in connection with the purchase, sale and development of companies.

    In parallel, Jan works as a professional board member with a special focus on strategy, execution, profitability, organization and management.

    Jan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Copenhagen Business School, Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD, board training from Board Assure, supplemented with international education focused on management and strategy.

    Morten Olsen has worked in the financial sector for the Nordic region’s largest bank for the past 20 years. His work has primarily consisted of executive management as well as strategy and development with global responsibility.

    For many years, Morten has worked with companies within financing, innovation and management, which has provided him with an extremely good knowledge of how companies successfully develop and what it takes to get the right price for your company.

    Morten has also served on several boards as both a professional and volunteer member.

    Morten holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Organization and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. This is supplemented by management and strategy education in Denmark and the Nordic countries.

    Frits Nygaard

    Frits Nygaard has 48 years of experience in the financial sector. Frits has primarily worked with advice to business and agricultural clients within the SME segment, including generational change, acquisitions and financing solutions. Seeing companies develop and create added value has always been a source of inspiration for his work.

    Frits Nygaard has 30 years of management experience – particularly with a focus on:

    management and development of employees
    development and execution of strategy at segment level
    financial and strategic advice to customers within the SME segment.
    In 2024, Frits completed a certified board training course.

    Michael Brøndum Hansen

    Michael Brøndum Hansen has worked with management, purchasing and business development in one of the largest construction companies in the Nordic region.

    He can offer a strong business understanding and sparring partner with a focus on a positive outcome through trusting and honest communication, as well as the ability to maintain an overview with a focus on the end result.

    Throughout his career, Michael has participated in several acquisitions and sales of companies in the Nordic region, and has a practical and direct approach to problem solving.

    I also have a large network within a number of different industries, which has been created through daily work, as well as professional business networks.

    Michael has also worked on boards of directors in both professional and voluntary organizations.
